Are you a member before May 31st 2016 and are having trouble logging in?
Your Member Number has been converted to use a : between the account number and the driver number. Example: 123-2 is now 123:02
Q. Are you the first driver on a household account?
A. You now have a driver number of 1. Try logging in with a -1 after your Member Number (e.g. 123-1).
Q. Are you a driver on multiple accounts?
A. Your accounts have been linked. Your username has been set to one of your accounts, but you should be able to log in with your Engage formatted number (123:01). Once you're logged in, you should be able to toggle beween your accounts.
